Our Millet Groats are dehulled whole grains, ready to cook and enjoy in both sweet and savoury dishes. Naturally gluten-free, they’re a nutritious choice - rich in protein, fibre, and essential minerals.
Quick and easy to prepare, millet groats are perfect in porridge, pilafs, grain salads, or as a wholesome alternative to rice or couscous. Naturally gluten-free.
To cook: rinse, then simmer 1 part millet to 2½ parts water for about 20 minutes, until fluffy.
Available in sizes from 500g to 10kg - larger quantities may be shipped in reusable food-safe buckets.
Prefer to mill your own flour? We also offer whole millet for home milling.
