Milling Wheat
Now Dispatching 2025 Harvested Zyatt Wheat – Grown for Flavour and Performance in Bread Baking - Updated 05/09/2025
Our Lancashire-grown Zyatt winter wheat is a premium Group 1 variety, valued by bakers for its flavour, protein strength, and consistently bold grains. Perfect for stone milling into bread flour, or for use in wholegrain cooking and baking.
This 2025 harvest was sown in autumn and grown using regenerative methods – with no fungicides or pesticides and nutrition provided mainly through carefully balanced foliar feeds. The result is a crop that supports soil health while producing excellent milling quality.
After harvest, our grain is dried to 14% moisture, then cleaned and graded on-farm before packing. Fully traceable from field to bag, it’s ideal for home millers and artisan bakers seeking quality, provenance, and performance.
Available in multiple sizes, including 5kg and 10kg food-safe lidded buckets.
